How Long Does An Order Take To Process?
Typically, orders are processed and posted within 5-7 working days.
How Long Does Shipping Take?
Once posted, shipping within New Zealand should take 1-3 days depending on location within the country.
Do You Deliver?
Deliveries are only available for original artworks. Shipping of prints can be arranged in the Shop page.
Where Can I See Your Artwork In Person?
Private viewing at my studio can be arranged through a direct message to mattgriffinsartwork@gmail.com, or through our Contact page. Alternatively, originals can be found at Flagstaff Gallery and Parnell Gallery.
Can I Get The Artwork Framed?
Yes. Framing is available upon request. There is a section to write a sub-note in the ordering process to request framing. Furthermore, details about costing, and timeline for completion will be discussed through email.
What Happens If My Order Is Lost Or Damaged?
In the unfortunate event that your order is lost or damaged during transit, please don't hesitate to reach out to us! We take these situations seriously and conduct thorough investigations to swiftly address your concerns. Please Contact our customer support team providing your contact email or phone number, order number and a brief description of the issue. We're committed to getting to the bottom of the problem promptly. Your satisfaction is our priority, and we're here to make things right.
Can I Purchase Something That Is Sold Out?
Unfortunately, not. If you see anything you like that is sold out, please send us a message on our Contact page and we will try to accomodate to your needs!
What Shipping Services Are Available?
Standard shipping is free within New Zealand. Express shipping option is available upon request but to the cost of the buyer.
Is International Shipping Available?
Yes, if your address is not available when purchasing please contact us via the Contact page and we can assist you.
Can You Hang/Install The Artwork For Me?
As much as Matt would love to help out, he cannot offer instalment arrangements unfortunately.
How Do I Go About Custom/Commissioned Work?
You can make a private enquiry via our Contact page, or email Matt directly at MattGriffinsArtwork@gmail.com. From there we can advise waiting list times, pricing and ability to do the work.
How Are Orders Packed For Shipping?
Prints from sizes A3 – A2 are posted and presented in a plastic sleeve with a cardboard backing to keep it flat and protected from damage. Orders larger than these sizes are rolled up in protective art paper and posted in a hard cardboard tube. Canvas prints are wrapped in paper and layered with bubble wrap. They are then posted in a cardboard box with an extra protective piece of cardboard on the top side for more security.
